Orinex Health Care aims for your complete satisfaction. Please read our return and refund policy below.
1. Eligibility for Return
Returns may be accepted for products that are:
- Damaged or defective on delivery
- Incorrectly shipped (wrong product or quantity)
- Unopened and in original packaging, within the return window (if applicable)
Certain products (e.g. perishables, opened personal care items) may not be returnable. Product-specific terms will be stated at the time of purchase.
2. Return Window
You must report damage or wrong shipment within 48–72 hours of delivery. For other returns, the return window (e.g. 7–15 days) will be specified on the product or order page.
3. How to Initiate Return
Contact our customer support or use the returns option in your account. Provide your order number, product details, and reason. We may ask for images or other proof.
4. Refund
Once the return is approved and we receive the product (if required), we will process the refund to the original payment method or wallet as per our policy. Refunds may take 7–15 business days.
5. Exchanges
If you need an exchange for size, variant, or defective item, please contact support. Exchanges are subject to availability and policy.
